Mobility Massage is provided on a massage table, the client remains fully clothed throughout the session, and includes rigorous stretching, within your comfort level.  Please wear comfortable and STRETCHY clothing, as you would for yoga, dance or exercise. Jeans and business clothing are not suitable.
