Based on fundamentals of Western Hermeticism, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and osteopathic perspectives of body structure and alignment, Polarity Therapy is a holistic health system primarily focused on the movement and balancing of the human energy system by combining bodywork sessions with non-judgmental conversation, stretching and nutrition. Polarity Therapy is used to address physical pain or dysfunction, mental or emotional challenges or the pursuit of spiritual alignment. - Polarity Therapy Extended Session $145
A 90 minute session. Includes 60 minutes of treatment time.This is an active therapeutic session, with focus on ONE AREA of injury or disfunction and its connections throughout the body. Sessions frequently include use of heat, cupping, myofascial release and kinesiology taping. - 60 minute Elemental Massage $105

Includes 60 minute Reiki treatment and time to discuss before and after the work. Reiki is a natural and safe relaxation and healing technique with
its roots in Japan. A Reiki session facilitates the flow of ki, your animating
life energy, benefiting your wellbeing. The Reiki practitioner uses a series of
hand positions either on or above the client’s body and acts as a conduit
through which Reiki flows into your systems. Whether you are experiencing
physical, emotional or spiritual concerns, Reiki can provide an opportunity for
a needed shift.
